Kompatible Cfast Karten

Supported Media
ARRI is an active member of the CompactFlash Association. Starting with the development of the CFast 2.0 specification, we worked with SanDisk on the qualification of their cards, which are now supported in the ARRI AMIRA, ALEXA Mini and ALEXA XT (with CFast 2.0 adapter) cameras.

CFast 2.0 cards from other manufacturers are in the process of qualification, too. Cards that are not on the list of supported cards, will typically be rejected by the camera. New cards can only be added to the cameras' list of supported media with a new SUP. You can find a list of the supported cards in new SUP release notes, the SUP newsletter and on this page.

Note: CFast 2.0 cards have the same dimensions as the slower Compact Flash (CF) cards, but are incompatible due to a new and more robust connector and a different memory architecture.
